I really wanted this brace to work, but after about two weeks it was already worn out. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, just normal use, so... yeah. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy it again.

the product details were clear. The sizes and specs were easy enough to understand, even though I did have to click around a little to find everything. Overall, it was a good experience.

I ordered a brace from sourceortho.net and overall it was okay, the sizing chart just didn’t seem totally accurate to me. It fit, but it was tighter than I expected and I had to mess with the adjustments quite a bit to get it comfortable. Not a huge issue, just something I wish I’d known before ordering...

i mean, everything showed up exactly how I ordered it. No weird mixups or anything, so I was happy with it.

I was really hoping this would help with my pain, but sadly I didn’t feel much relief at all. It was frustrating because I wanted it to make a difference, but for me, it just didn’t do much

I was able to find most of the braces I needed without much hassle. The selection was easy to sort through, and it felt better than some other places I’ve tried, though..

It worked okay for giving some support, but it still slipped around more than I expected. Not terrible, just not quite as secure as I was hoping for.

I ordered from sourceortho.net the product itself was totally fine. It showed up as expected and I didn’t have any complaints about the item, so that part of the experience was straightforward.
The only thing that threw me off a bit was the customer service response time. I had a question after placing my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took a couple of days and I ended up sending a follow-up just to make sure it didn’t get missed.
When they finally replied, they were polite and helpful enough, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. It just wasn’t the quickest support I’ve dealt with. Overall, I’d call it okay, not amazing, not terrible, just kind of average

I was shopping for some basic ortho items, and the prices felt higher than I expected. My cousin had ordered something similar from another site recently, so I had a rough idea of what these things usually cost, and this just didn’t seem like the best deal. Once shipping was added, it felt even less worth it. I ended up finding similar items cheaper elsewhere, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless the pricing changed

I’ve got mixed feelings about this one. The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I was frustrated waiting around for it, so even though I’m not totally unhappy, the slow delivery definitely took away from the experience.

My sister had actually asked me how it went because she was thinking about ordering too, and I told her the return process was a hassle. It took longer than expected to get a clear response, and the refund didn’t show up very quickly. I had to follow up more than once, which got annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

These fit really well and have been comfortable for daily use. I haven’t had any rubbing so far, which is a big plus. I’d definitely keep using them regularly.
